The first thing that I have to do in the course is introducing myself.

Who am I?

My name is Hanna Lundstedt. This soon 41 year old woman is a curios girl that are interest in how I can understand customer experience. I specifically need it in my work in a county council in Sweden. I work in a development apartment. My profession is primary nurse with interest in person centred care. I am convinced that the patient as co-creator is the only way to achieve a better health.

I want to learn about tools that can help me in my work, especially tools that create empathy and understanding about the customer’s side. I believe that to understanding customers experience we have to find ways to “stand in the customers shoes”.
